At the heart of the Ethiopian community lies Teff, a vital grain renowned for its role in producing Injera, the staple food that forms the backbone of the local cuisine; with ማኛ (Magna) being the best option from the choices at hand. Drawing inspiration from this tradition of being the finest from available resources, ማኛ events and marketing started out in July 2023 comprising of individuals with 3 years of experience in the event /marketing business and proud alumni of the reputed & prestigious Hawassa University. Located in the heart of Sidama; Hawassa, the company began its venture with social events and branched out into different sectors of the market including; corporate events, marketing, communication & advertising, web & App Design, tours, and travel. Currently it is expanding by recruiting creative individuals and forming alliances with other businesses to provide the best service possible for the public.

He possesses a keen attention to detail and an innate ability to understand client needs, ensuring that every event is tailored to exceed expectations.
Dr Musse Demissie is the Managing Director of Magna Event and Marketing, bringing over 5 years of leadership experience to the organization. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, cultivate a positive work environment, and implement innovative solutions.
Dr Yednekachew Hailu serves as the Creative Director and General Secretary, combining a unique blend of creativity and organizational expertise. In his dual role, he oversees the creative direction of events while ensuring all operational aspects run smoothly and coordinates communication among stakeholders.
Dr Yoseph Tenaye serves as the Deputy Executive Director of Magna Event and Marketing. With a career spanning several years, he has developed a robust skill set that encompasses all facets of event execution, from conception to completion.
Dr. Melaku Andamlak, our Finance Head, has been an integral part of our team for three years, expertly managing financial planning and budgeting. With a strategic mindset, he has optimized costs and enhanced profitability, driving the financial success of our initiatives.
